I am Advocate Kamini Soundar, a practicing lawyer before the Madras High Court & Supreme Court of India, and the Founder of Go Legal Attorneys. My practice focuses on litigation, legal drafting, and providing strategic legal solutions to individuals and organizations. I regularly represent clients in court proceedings and handle matters with careful legal research, strong preparation, and professional advocacy.

I work closely with clients to understand their legal concerns and provide clear, practical, and reliable legal guidance. My practice involves drafting legal notices, pleadings, agreements, and providing legal opinions while ensuring that every matter is handled with confidentiality, diligence, and a strong commitment to justice and professional ethics.

I hold a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences and an LL.M. from the University of Madras. In addition to my litigation practice, I serve as a Legal Advisor to Apollo Dental and SJS Manpower services, advising on corporate compliance, contractual matters, regulatory requirements, and risk management. Advocate C. Parkavi Balamurugan is an Advocate practicing before the High Court of Madras & Supreme Court of India, with experience in litigation and dispute resolution across a range of civil and regulatory matters. Her practice focuses on advising and representing clients in proceedings involving arbitration, mediation, and complex litigation, with experience appearing before the High Court and various specialized tribunals.

Advocate C. Parkavi Balamurugan regularly assists clients through all stages of the litigation process, including legal strategy, drafting of pleadings and petitions, legal research, and representation in court and tribunal proceedings. Her work has involved matters before tribunals addressing labour, consumer, electricity, and service-related disputes, providing her with a broad exposure to regulatory and appellate practice.

Prior to establishing her independent practice, Parkavi trained under a Senior Advocate at the High Court of Madras, where she worked closely on litigation strategy, drafting, and case preparation in complex legal matters. She also gained international legal exposure while working with a U.S.-based legal services provider, where she was involved in legal research, discovery, contract management, and corporate legal operations.
